Undergraded by today’s standards and likely an MS62 to MS63 if resubmitted.
A numismatically significant issue as the very first Walker struck at the San Francisco mint.
This stone white example is very lustrous with no apparent wear.
Two PCGS/CAC AU58 examples were sold at auction in 2020 for $1,500 each, and neither was as nice as this impressive piece.
CAC has approved 28 in this grade with 90 finer.
