HM-3, R-4. A slightly scarcer variety. late die state with a bold bisecting crack on the obverse.
This is as nice an AU58 example of this date that I have seen and it has more eye appeal than many graded MS61 or even MS62. It is 100% original with great color and just the slightest hint of wear. One of my personal favorites in this collection.
CAC has approved 18 in this grade with 15 finer.
