1834 CROSSLET 4 HALF EAGLE GRADED AU53 BY PCGS

The 1834 Crosslet 4 is a scarce and undervalued issue in the Classic Head series. It is not often seen in grades finer than AU53 to AU55, and it is very rare in Uncirculated.
This well-detailed example was cleaned at one time and it has since retoned with splashes of orange-gold.
No PCGS AU53 example of this issue has sold at auction since 2014 and just four have sold since June 2003.
