AFFORDABLE 1855-O GOLD DOLLAR, CAC AND PCGS
The 1855-O is an issue with multiple levels of demand as it is the only Type Two gold dollar from New Orleans. It is not a scarce issue but only a small percentage of available coins are of CAC quality.
This is a solid coin for the grade with attractive natural green-gold color which is slightly deeper on the reverse. The date is full save for some slight weakness on the 8.
