The 1894-O is the last of three With Motto half eagles made at the New Orleans mint. It is moderately scarce in MS61, rare in MS62 and very rare in properly graded MS63 and above. This lustrous, lightly marked example shows pale green-gold color and is less abraded than usual for the issue.
