NGC/CAC MS64 1910 QUARTER EAGLE
The 1910 is a somewhat better date in this series which is hard to find in properly graded MS64 and higher grades. Most seen in 64 holders are bright and show rub on the high spots.
This coin has a great look due to its dramatic frost and rich natural rose-gold color. A small, shallow nickon the cheek seems to be all that holds this coin back from a 65 grade.
A nice example which is very suitable as a type coin.
CAC has approved 83 with 30 finer.
