The With Motto Liberty Head half eagle type was made at the New Orleans mint for just three years. Of these, the 1893-O is the most available. It is somewhat scarce in properly graded MS62, very scarce in MS63 and very rare above this.
This frosty example is accentuated by a splash of bright orange gold color at the central obverse. It is well made and less obviously abraded than usual for the issue; most 1893-O in Uncirculated grade in the MS60 to MS61 range as a result of extensive dense abrasions in the fields.
There have been just two PCGS MS62 examples of the 1893-O half eagle sold at auction since 2010. Heritage 11/12: 5015 brought $1,886 while Goldberg 2/12: 1617 realized $1,898.
In MS63, an example of this date will cost around $6,000 if available. In my opinion, for most collectors an nice MS62, at a third of the price, will suffice.
