The 1806 Pointed 6, Stem through claw reverse is one of the more available half dollars of this design. While common in VF and EF grades, many pieces in these holders are not choice and only a small percentage have been approved by CAC.
This nice high end VF shows deep grey color with some underlying gold on the obverse. A few small ticks in the right obverse field narrowly preclude a higher grade.
NO CAC approved PCGS VF35 has sold at auction in recent years.
