The 1860 is a popular pre-Civil War date which is many times scarcer than the more highly valued 1861.
This choice, original example has the appearance and body of a coin graded at least AU50–if not higher. It shows nice deep orange-gold color with darker highlights. The fields are choice for the grade.
The last EF45 example to sell at auction was a non-CAC NGC coin which brought $2,115 as Heritage 9/13: 5363.
CAC has approved three in this grade with 40 finer.
