This is by far the most available of the three With Motto half eagles produced by the New Orleans mint. It has been impacted by dozens of coins from the Fairmont Hoard hitting the market, but many if not most are not CAC quality.
In my opinion, this coin would have qualified for a full 63 grade were it not for a few too many ticks in the upper left obverse field.
There are just two APRs for this date in PCGS MS62+—one from all the way back in 2018—with both selling for $4,360.
CAC has approved 27 in MS62 including an unknown number in MS62+ with 13 finer.
