This piece is significant as a San Francisco mint byproduct and it was made in substantial quantities as evidenced by the comparatively large number of survivors.
A touch of natural green-gold color is seen on frosty surfaces with just a few tiny marks visible in the obverse fields.
This exact coin (see below) is one of just two CAC approved AU58 examples of this issue to sell at auction since April 2018.
A good coin for the collector who is sticking his toe into the Territorial pool!
CAC has approved eight in AU58 with 31 finer.
