While seen from time to time in the higher circulated grades, the 1870 $20 is scarce in MS60 to MS61 and very rare any finer. The best I know of are a pair of PCGS MS63 coins.

This coin shows no wear but enough handling has occurred from a sojourn in a bank bag that there are the proper number of marks to limit the grade to the current MS61.

Three PCGS MS61 examples of this date were auctioned in 2024 with the following results: $10,800 (8/2024 and 6/2024) and $12,000 (4/2024).

For most collectors, MS61 will represent a sensible higher grade 1870 $20 as MS62 coins are priced at 2x the level of this example, while MS63 coins are essentially impossible to locate.
