This is a common date in grades through MS63. It is by no means common in any grade over this and Gems are very rare. I bought the single finest known—now in a PCGS MS67 holder—for $28,750 in a 2008 auction, and crossed it from NGC to its current slab.

This is an MS64/64+ which has been net-graded to a 63 due to two noticeable scrapes on the obverse. The color and luster are far above average.

CAC has approved 13 in this grade with 18 finer.
