Old Green Holder. By today’s standards, this coin seems closer to MS63. Frosty and nicely toned with the usual amount of small abrasions seen in the fields. The 1894-S is common in grades up to an including MS63 but it becomes scarce in MS64 and it is very rare in Gem.
