Housed in an old green label PCGS holder and, in my opinion, an MS61 by today's standards.
This earthquake year issue is not often seen in grades finer than MS62 to MS63 and available pieces tend to be bright and baggy. This rich yellow-gold example is free of obvious wear and has nice surfaces.
CAC has approved 2 in this grade with 10 finer.
