This is by a significant amount the most available With Motto half eagle of the three different dates of this type (1892-O, 1893-O and 1894-O) made in New Orleans. It is not easily located—and it is substantially more expensive—in MS63 and finer.

Here is a natural rose and orange-gold example with excellent frost and above-average surfaces.

In 3/2026, Heritage sold a comparable PCGS/CAC MS62 for $4,758.

The next step up (to a PCGS/CAC MS63) will run you close to double the price of this high-end MS62…if you can even locate one.
