1892-S $20 GRADED MS63 BY PCGS
The availability of the 1892-S double eagle increased incrementally after the Saddle Ridge Hoard was dispersed a few years back. It is now seen in MS63 and MS64 in a fairly regular basis, but Gems remain very rare.
This example is clearly not from the Saddle Ridge findings. It is frosty with medium yellow-gold color and a bit of haze seen on the reverse.
