1899-O $10 GRADED MS62 BY PCGS
The 1899-O is the scarcest New Orleans eagle from the group of 13 late-date issues produced from 1888 through 1906. It is a difficult coin to find choicer than MS62.
I’m assuming that the light scuffs in the lower left obverse field are what specifically caused this otherwise-attractive to not garner CAC approval.
A nice example at a great price point for this issue.
